My passion lies in guiding individuals through the process of releasing limiting beliefs and uncovering emotions that no longer serve them, essentially nurturing their unconscious minds.

In my practice, we combine body wisdom with therapeutic techniques to empower clients to transform their lives authentically. Somatic therapy, which I specialize in, explores the deep connection between mind and body, addressing how past emotional wounds manifest as limiting beliefs.

Together, we embark on a journey of self-discovery, using the body’s cues to locate and resolve these beliefs stored as physical sensations or tension.
